6. Gramillian Sand Peas

Quark's Bar is always stocked with snacks. But there is one snack that he served in one episode to make customers order more drinks. It was suggested to him by Pel. The recipe you will get now makes amazing crunchy peas and you won't be able to stop snacking on them. Just make sure to make more.

Prep: 5min Cook: 3h Total Time: 3h 5min Servings: ½ lb. peas

Ingredients:

1 lb. Fresh peas

Chili powder

Paprika

Black pepper

Salt

2 – 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven, 200F.

2. Line aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Add 1 tbsp. oil and add the peas. Shake them to coal. Add more oil if needed.

3. Sprinkle salt and shake again. Bake for 3h. Shake the baking sheet from time to time.

4. Once dried add one more 1 tbsp. of oil. Shake again and now sprinkle with the spices. Shake one last time.

5. Serve in a bowl.

6. Enjoy the beverage of your choice.
